Better than a main dealer. Personal Service from Tom/Alex and the team. The VW Caddy I bought was great value and they made sure everything wax working perfectly when I picked it up. Will never go to a main dealer again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

So I found myself searching for a new van and came across one I liked at Cotswold van centre after bad experiences with garages and not trusting a word they say I was cautious on looking and test driving the van I pointed out a few little things 2 tyres were getting close to the limit , light switch had a crack in it explained all this and was told they would sort it as you know most garages just fix what they have too On picking the vehicle up they had changed all 4 tyres done all 4 discs and pads a new light switch there was history and paperwork for the van all explained I’ve never had such a good hassle free experience with a garage I can see why they have a good reputation and loads of positive reviews if in the future I’m looking for a van I will 100% be trying Cotswold van centre first Even had just under a tank of fuel to drive away with too most places have left you enough to limp to a garage I can’t recommend this company enough

Faultless, sold me a van that had been looked after, well serviced and runs like a dream. No messing about, proper test drive and no pressuring. These guys are good.

Fantastic level of service from CVC, they bought the van out to us for inspection and test drive before we decided to buy. They arranged for the signwriter work to be done and delivered the new van to us, all in the space of a few days. I have purchased 2 vans for my small business from CVC. Tom was incredibly patient with me as I’m very fussy! He was knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in fulfilling my requirements and supplying me with exactly what I needed - without ever being pushy. There was never any pressure and the whole process was effortless. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, these guys are clearly the best - friendly bunch too!

Booked a van in for repair after a poor job completed by a mobile mechanic, advised them in advance why the van was coming down and dropped off the van, then subsequently received a phone call advising they would not work on the van. Complete waste of my time and they had the audacity to try and charge me for refusing to work on it. Then I was verbally abused by the manager / owner whilst throwing the invoice at me. Avoid this place and take your vehicle to a professional. As I was leaving the unhinged owner / manager accused me of working on the van myself, as if he was trying to insult me, a profoundly surreal experience.

Alex and the team were amazing, kept in contact throughout the whole process. Second hand van I purchased looked showroom quality. Full service and MOT on pick up. Amazing amazing 5*
