Great pub! Lovely friendly staff, good choice of drinks and food. Great atmosphere. We love to take our dog with us when we go out so this is an added bonus for us!

We had lunch yesterday at the Cheese Rollers. We were made to feel welcome, our food was great, Husband had one of the famous pies and I had Lasagne. Very tasty, nicely presented and served with a smile. We've eaten there before, and that was also a positive experience. A very cosy, warm and welcoming village pub - well done, Rollers!

Wow! Decided to take family out for a pre Christmas meal . I didn't want to go to my usual places and hadn't been to the Cheeserollers in years ! Well , what a lovely experience! The staff are very welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for you ! The service is very quick and efficient. A very good range of drinks and beers even tea . Where do I start with the food ! I can say that it is of excellent quality, generous portions and tastes delicious ! The pies are absolutely fabulous full of filling and flavor, the homemade mashjust like my mum's, so is the gravy ! The hunters chicken and thick crispy chips were thoroughly enjoyed too! I had the warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream for dessert, oh ! So more ish and rich with oodles of chocolate sauce! The apple crumble with custard was also excellent. The cost very reasonable for a very enjoyable family lunch . We will definitely be returning! If you want a good meal out for lunch or evening then you can't go wrong if you go to the Cheeserollers !
Many thanks for a very enjoyable family meal. We will see you again soon !
Paul and family.

Home from my surprise 40th party! And wow what a party it was! Special thanks to the lovely owners who helped make the event special and for the very warm welcome when I arrived under the pretence we were going for a meal. Fantastic venue, the food was fab, the service was brilliant and the owners were so friendly and helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Huge thanks to the disco DJ for the cracking tunes!
Special mention to my mum, my partner and my son and grandparents for organising and setting up the room. Turning 40 is not so bad after all 😊😂

Looking for a traditional pub that serves a proper, no-nonsense Sunday roast? The Cheese Rollers delivers exactly that. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming — the kind of place where you can instantly relax and enjoy a hearty meal without any fuss.
The food was excellent, both in flavour and portion size. I opted for the vegetarian roast, which came with vegan sausages and all the classic trimmings — crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, rich gravy, and of course, the most essential item on any roast dinner plate: a golden, fluffy Yorkshire pudding. It’s always a good sign when a vegetarian option feels just as satisfying as the meaty ones, and this one definitely did.
For dessert (because who can say no to pudding on a Sunday?), I went for the Biscoff Waffle with ice cream. It was perfectly indulgent — sweet, sticky, and an absolute treat. I joked that it’s the fast track to diabetes, but truthfully, it was just what I wanted to round off the meal.
Although it’s not directly beside the famous Cooper’s Hill, it’s close enough to soak up the area’s charm. The staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to answer questions — exactly what you want from a great local pub experience.

Just had a lovely roast dinner, beef and gammon and really generous portions (the roast dinners were also on offer 2 for £22. Extra vegetables and gravy served when our meal was as standard which was great. Really attentive staff. Large beer garden. Will definitely come back for some more food soon 5*
