Just wanted to say a big Thankyou to Sophie and Nick for chilli’s first time at the groomers today ! Sophie was very patient as I had lots of questions as we hadn’t had a dog needing a groomer before, she answered each question and was absolutely brilliant with chilli sending me photo updates throughout. I found it good value for money and It really put my mind at ease and she came back smelling beautiful for a dog 🤣 Thankyou so much again we will be back soon ! Ainsley

K9 Holidays and Grooming was recommended to me by someone I met locally on a dog walk. We have a 5 month old Cookerpoo (Bonnie) who will not let us near her for eye trimming or ear cleaning. Handed her over to Sophie and was not sure how she would get on. Puppy was immediately at ease and did not look anxious. After 10 minutes she was out, and we were told she had been "As good as gold" !! for her trim and ear cleaning. Taking her back for a puppy wash in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended.

Took about 2 hours, mum cavapoo puppy is often nervous but seemed relaxed here. They did a great job for her first cut.

Excellent service 👌🏻It was the first time being away & leaving our dog so was a big thing for us but we were kept updated so we could see how happy & content he was which was so reassuring. He was so happy to see us on return but had the sulks for a couple of days after missing the fun & company of the furry friends he made! Added bonus that if we chose to, he could of been pampered & groomed whilst being there too at an extra fee which we will definitely do next time. I highly recommend Sophie. She is knowledgable and friendly and has a lovely way with dogs in her care.I have been using her for 8 years now and have always been thrilled and more importantly my dogs always come away happy! I have 4 dogs and she always grooms them just as I like. My dogs love going on their holiday with Sophie and I know they’ll have fun and be properly cared for . I wouldn’t trust my dogs for grooming or boarding with anyone else. 👍

Sophie is fabulous! We moved from London and we’re naturally worried about getting somewhere we were happy with. Sophie was highly recommended by another poodle mix owner too and we have been more than happy with both grooms we have had so far! Thank you Sophie 🐾

I have used K9 holidays and Grooming to both look after and cut our dog Maisy for several years now. The team have always truly cared for our dog and she even gets excited when we get close in the car! It’s like a home from home, just with a few more dogs to play with. Their grooming skills are also excellent; having used others on occasion, there is a clear difference. Maisy comes back looking groomed and pampered, rather than quickly washed and chopped. Wholeheartedly recommend anyone leaving their ‘best friend’ with these guys.

Honestly can't recommend Sophie enough! Ralph has been going to her for grooming, daycare and holidays for over a year now. He's always so happy to see her when we drop him off, which speaks volumes and makes me happy in the knowledge that he's in such safe hands. Really dont know what we would do without her and her helpers so thank you to you all! A huge thank you for sending him home smelling like heaven!!
